The following conditions govern the seller’s requirements for merchandising a product with Inventors’ Place.

1. Consumer related products are the only types that will be reviewed.

2. Inventors’ Place will conduct functionality, safety and pricing review on all products prior to accepting any into our product line for resale.

3. Seller agrees to provide Inventors’ Place a sample product to complete review and Inventors’ Place will notify seller where and when to ship sample.

4. Seller states that they own the complete rights to the product. Inventors’ Place will immediately discontinue any product upon notification of a dispute. It will then be up to the seller to provide proper legal documentation to Inventors’ Place prior to it being placed back into inventory and sold.

5. All products submitted to Inventors’ Place for resale shall have 45 - day terms for payment from receipt of product.

6. Inventors’ Place will make all payments to seller for products either through Paypal.com or by processing and mailing a check. All monies will be processed and mailed no later than the thirtieth of each month following the completion of the 45 - day terms from receipt of product.

7. All unsold products at the completion of 45 - days will be returned to seller for complete credit, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.

8. All damaged products during shipping, warehousing and customer returns/refunds will be returned to seller for full credit to Inventors’ Place. All products will be returned to seller with or without (or damaged) packaging. This includes manuals.

9. Seller pays for all shipping costs, including returns.

10. Seller agrees to provide Inventors’ Place’s customers a minimum warranty that includes a 90 - day complete unconditional satisfaction refund. If product cannot be placed back into inventory to be resold it will be returned to seller and be credited to Inventors’ Place.

11. Inventors’ Place will inform seller of product acceptance, order quantity and where product is to be shipped through emails, facsimile, telephone or The United States Post Office.

12. Inventors’ Place will assign all orders an invoice number for accounting purposes and this number is to be referenced on the outside of the packaging/box product is shipped to Inventors’ Place.

13. Seller agrees to ship the exact product and quantities ordered. No substitutions. Overages and other products will be returned to seller, at seller’s expense. 

14. It is the sellers responsibility to adhere to all US Customs requirements -if applicable. 

15. Inventors’ Place may require additional information about seller or product prior acceptance of product or any requested order and shall contact seller to complete these requirements.

16. Seller agrees to supply or provide Inventors’ Place with pictures and description about the product. This can include brochures, flyers or website.

17. Inventors’ Place will return products for lack of sales, safety, legal or upon deciding to no longer carry the product. Any unsold product will be returned to seller for full credit.

18. All products submitted to Inventors’ Place will not be subjected to taxation from seller based upon Inventors’ Place being a re-seller of products and referencing the California resell number of SR FHB 97555346.

19. All taxes for the sell of products will be calculated, charged to customers and processed by the company in accordance with all California tax laws.

20. All products will be marketed and promoted in both our retail facilities and website and Inventors’ Place has the final say as to the wording and placement of pictures and products.

21. All orders will be based on sales history or projection.

22. Seller is allowed to generate sales of product by offering discounts or specials to customers in terms of spiffs and promotional campaigns. All promotions must be done in writing and submitted to and coordinated with Inventors’ Place.

23. Inventors’ Place will take extensive measures to assure product is warehoused and stored in the utmost professional manner however, Inventors’ Place is not responsible for loss or damage that may result from any type of weather conditions, acts of God and misplacement and handling.

24. Inventors’ Place reserves the right to change or modify this agreement at any time without any prior notice.
