Terms & Agreement

Affiliate/Associate referral programs were made popular in the mid 1990’s as a valuable tool to secure and grow market share on the Internet. It proved to be a powerful resource to all Internet businesses.

Inventors' Place uses Assoctrac, a 2-tier program, as our affiliate software to allow anyone with a website to display a link, in the form of a pre-developed banner or (preferably) words (you just copy and paste) to immediately begin earning commissions from every sale, including any residual sale generated.

In other words, you can place one of our banners or a simple text message on your site and you will receive commissions anytime one of your visitors on your site clicks on the banner, visits and purchases something on our site.

Simply put, you are paid up to 34% commission from every referral sale that is generated from your site. Different products have different percentages but every product is paid a commission.

There is absolutely no order taking, shipping or even customer service on your part, as Inventors’ Place handles everything. And all commissions are paid bi-monthly (monies are paid when commissions meet or exceed $35 US). All commissions they do not meet the minimum will be carried over to the following bi-monthly pay period.

Our ARP uses state-of-the-art "cookies" tracking with Assoctrac to assure that you get credit for every order placed by prospects or existing customers. Our tracking does not just track your referred customers for 10, 30, 60 or even 90 days!

We are looking to establish long-term partnerships with all our affiliates and therefore our tracking is PERMANENT! In other words, anyone one of your prospects who initially clicks through to our website and then returns either 10, days or 10 years from now, will automatically be tracked and you will continue to be paid commissions for every sell.

We understand that they are your customers and are internally grateful for the leads and sales that you generated and we feel and believe in establishing a long-term commitment and partnership with you.

Our ARP is a 2-tier program!

This means you can also refer others to become an affiliate and receive an additional commission form all sales generated from their perspective customers. Thus simply exploding your potential to earn a tremendous amount of commissions from the work generated of others.

Again, this is also set up to be tracked on an unlimited basis so that all prospective customers and affiliates customers who return to Inventors’ Place in 10 days or 10 years (and purchase something), you will receive credit and paid commissions.

The ARP is also designed to notify you when a first level sale has been made from one of your customers. This will allow you immediate access and knowledge of the success of the ARP.

However, our ARP is so automated that all sales are automatically and immediately tracked and you have the ability to check your "real-time" statistics at any time. You will be provided a link to the tracking function which will allow you to check your commissions 24/7.

There are always legal requirements to clarify all conditions and to protect you and Inventors’ Place, including our no spamming policy. A review and acceptance of our Terms & Agreement is required to become a member of our ARP.

Text Works Best: To achieve the best results from an affiliate referral program, it is best to add a sentence or paragraph (or two) in your own words. You may also take one of the products, listed in our store, and create a whole page or two of promotional subject material to inform and educate your customers.

The value of adding your own words of recommendation adds a tremendous amount of credibility which will in turn, increase the number of "click-through (s)", which in turn increase the number of sales and commissions to you.

To assure you the most from your referrals, besides receiving a banner code to copy and paste on your site, you will also receive a link (code) so that you can add your own text. Therefore adapting this program to fit your type and style of business.

Also, we will be emailing you periodically ideas and suggestions to improve and increase the amount of commissions you receive. These will suggestive tips from industry leaders that we have learned (or are currently learning) to be effective measures to obtain both of our desired results.
